PMA (Planned Maintenance Agreement)

CONSULTING FOR NEW EQUIPMENT

When you are ready for Kaspereit Services LLC to come out and provide an estimate for new equipment, we will need access to the area where the new equipment will be installed (both inside and outside, if applicable). Alternatively, we will need blueprints of the location where the new equipment will be installed to give a more accurate estimate of what is needed.

It is our goal here at Kaspereit Services LLC to perform load calculations on all of our projects unless a customer declines having them performed. The cost of a Manual J load calculation is minimal compared to the value it provides for a quality installation and duct design.

To make accurate calculations, Kaspereit Services LLC will need the following information:

  • Room-by-room measurements of your home

  • The number and sizes of windows

  • The number and construction type of doors

  • Attic insulation value

  • Wall insulation value

  • Materials and layers that make up the walls

  • Appliances present in each room

  • Size and performance of the current HVAC equipment
